Likewise, Ebusiness Expert may capture Candidates' recordings while contractual clauses and working conditions are explained to obtain evidence of their communication, understanding, and acceptance.
• Ebusiness Expert uses data from Visitors to answer queries made through the contact form and/or manage the requested services.
• Ebusiness Expert uses the data of Attendees at Ebusiness Expert corporate events to schedule them, fill online profiles on the Company's websites, and organize online forums and social networks in which event attendees can participate.
  Ebusiness Expert may also use the data of Ebusiness Expert event attendees or website visitors for marketing purposes. For example, Ebusiness Expert may use the information you provide to contact you to address your interest in the services and to send you information about the Company, its affiliates, and business partners, such as example, product promotions, services, or events.
• Ebusiness Expert uses website browsing information to manage and improve the contents of the websites.

The Client Information will be kept while the contractual relationship with the same is maintained, and when the data may be required to determine responsibilities derived from the contractual relationship.

The job Candidate Information will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which these details were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the handling of the data.

The Necessary Contact Information of event attendees and website visitors will be kept for the time needed to process the event or the response to the query.

The Necessary Contact Information of the subscribers to our newsletters will remain in the system indefinitely, as long as the party concerned does not request their deletion.

The Website Browsing Information will be kept for the time established in our Cookies Policy.

4. Recipients of your data
Ebusiness Expert reserves the right to use or disclose the information provided should it be required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that its use or disclosure is necessary to protect the rights of the Company, or to comply with a judicial procedure, resolution, or process. EBuisness eXpert SAS s’engage à ne pas diffuser, partager ou distribuer les données de Clients et n’en fera référence que pour ce qui a été prévu par les clauses clauses contractuelles ou en raison d'impératifs juridiques.
